What is the cost of YHK and DTS?
Both YHK and DTS has a fixed price in US Dollar which you can view on the product page. You can also use the currency display button to change the currency, but this function is for display purposes only. The final check out currency will be in US Dollar.
Where can I buy YHK and DTS? Can I buy it in my country?
For quality control and safety reasons, Kyotsujigyo is the only seller of YHK & DTS. For customers who are not located in Japan, you can order YHK & DTS via our international online shop. We supports EMS international shipping.
Which country does your shipping service support?
We uses EMS Speedpost Shipping method to ship out all orders. And we can ship to locations where EMS supports. To check your if your location is supported, please view the EMS Shipping Country List.
How long does shipping takes?
All orders is ship out from Hong Kong, most asian countries take about 2 to 7 days for shipping, and Europe and America usually takes about 5 to 10 days. Please note that the shipping time might varies depending on custom time. And we do not guarantee on the arrival time of the packages. How can I pay for my orders?
You can pay for your orders with major credit cards including VISA, MASTER, and others. Or you can pay with your PayPal Account. We also accept bank wire transfer orders, but this payment methods require the customer to pay for all bank changes. (All online payment methods are protected by SSL online payment security certification)
Can I refund my orders?
As our products are a type of food, due to health management and safety reasons, all products cannot be refund, exchange or return, no matter the package is opened or sealed (Unless you have recieved a wrong order). We recommend new users to purchase a smaller order for their initial attempt.
Can I exchange the product I ordered?
If a wrong product is received, the customer can return, refund or exchange the product within 10 days after receiving. The products must be unopened with original packaging. In this case Kyotsujigyo will pay for the return shipping fee.
IMPORTANT! – As our product is a type of food, for hygiene and safety reasons, all products can not be return, refund or exchange after opening.
